Rite of Binding
Bind a spirit to a physical place, object, or person for one week plus one week per point of winning margin.
Rite
- Participant model
- One Rite master, with eligible assistants.
- Group roll policy
- The Rite master must know this Rite and have at least one Rage. Other participating Garou must also retain their Wolf. Each helper contributes one Rage die, plus one regular die if they know the Rite. Use the Rite master’s traits and include their normal Rage dice. Unless the specific Rite says otherwise, performance occupies a scene, and a failed Rite cannot be led again by that master until the next day.

Effect
Bind a spirit to a physical place, object, or person for one week plus one week per point of winning margin. Such confinement can damage relationships with spirits, particularly when prolonged. A Brutal outcome lets the angered spirit possess a participant for a scene if it chooses; the Storyteller determines the manifestation.
