Declining an opportunity in a scene to satisfy your curiosity limits Willpower recovery at the start of the next session to one point, instead of the normal Composure or Resolve-based recovery.

Culture and outlook

Members treat discovery as a journey through places, ideas, and personal purpose. Their search may involve the Umbra, forbidden knowledge, or repurposing an adversary’s tools. Scholars, guides, and religious seekers can arrive at the same tribal commitment by very different routes.

Secrecy and an interest in taboo subjects make other Garou suspicious. The tension is real: learning how an enemy works can aid Gaia, but confidence that an end justifies every means can expose a Ghost to dangers they underestimate.
