Thunder

Thunder combines distance and gathering force with a decisive strike. Glory follows the successful use of power and the defeat of opposition.

Favor

Shadow Lords — Favor

Threats and efforts to take advantage of a weakness receive +1 die when using Animal Ken, Intimidation, or Subterfuge.

Ban

Shadow Lords — Ban

Losing a conflict to a Garou with lower Total Renown limits Willpower recovery at the start of the next session to one point, instead of the normal Composure or Resolve-based recovery.

Culture and outlook

Shadow Lords value effectiveness, preparation, and the ability to make strength count. Their influence may be martial, political, or exercised through a more visible leader. Negotiation with an enemy can be acceptable when it advances the larger plan.

Their emphasis on dominance makes allies wary of becoming the next subject of assessment. Yet detailed planning and commitment can also make a Lord a dependable packmate. Ruthlessness and genuine responsibility remain competing possibilities within the tribe.
