Allies

Allies are people or groups who help the Garou because of a relationship or shared interests. They are separate from the character's pack.

Overview

Build the Ally from Effectiveness 1–4 and Reliability 1–3, with at most six dots in total. Effectiveness describes capability; Reliability describes availability. Their assistance generally enters play about once per story, rather than being permanently on call.
