Effect
Bind one outfit and small worn ornaments to yourself or another Garou. They remain with the wearer through shifting and Umbral travel, becoming intangible when the form cannot wear them. Bags and storage equipment cannot be Dedicated. Small pocket contents share the protection but are accessible only when the clothing is physically present. Dedicating another outfit ends the old dedication. The book also specifies that hand washing in water other than a running creek or river removes the dedication.
