Culture and outlook

Bone Gnawers often work among people whom wealthier or more influential observers disregard. Their knowledge comes from relationships, inconspicuous access, careful listening, and survival skills. These advantages can reveal corruption or connect events that seem unrelated.

Garou prejudice can deny them recognition even when a sept relies on their work. A capable leader recognizes their importance; an arrogant one risks having their own secrets uncovered. Neither poverty nor a particular social background is a compulsory character identity.
