Effect
Activate while storing your Blood or giving it to a ghoul; one use empowers three Rouse Checks' worth. Drinking that Blood, or the empowered ghoul's blood, can create a Blood Bond to you as though consumed directly. The recipient does not recognize the Bond until seeing you, though restlessness or dreamlike impressions may precede that. Other Blood Bond rules remain in force. No fixed expiry is listed.
