Once per session, reroll one die without spending Willpower during an exceptionally chaotic or unpredictable situation.

Once per story, people who pause to hear your counsel during chaos may reroll one later test pool during the same situation.

3 · Scent the Bond
Once per story, Resolve + Awareness at Difficulty 4 lets you identify a vampire’s Blood Bond by scent and recognize the corresponding scent on the other participant.

4 · Destroy the Bond
Once per story, drink a mouthful of a thrall’s vitae and endure a frenzy to remove the Blood Bond imposed on them.

5 · Sabbat Becomes Camarilla
Once per story, isolate a vampire and use specialized perfumes while challenging their sect beliefs. Roll Intelligence or Charisma + Insight once per three nights as an extended test; accumulate twice the subject’s Willpower in successes to deprogram those beliefs.
