Effect
An unprepared mortal forgets the present encounter and the preceding few minutes without a roll. A resisting mortal or vampire contests Charisma + Dominate with Wits + Resolve. The missing period remains a gap; this power does not supply a replacement memory. Normal Dominate communication and resistance restrictions apply.
