Effect
Establish eye contact and contest Manipulation + Obfuscate against Charisma + Insight. For one night plus one per point of margin, others perceive the victim through Mask of a Thousand Faces. Evidence and persuasion may convince acquaintances, at the Storyteller's discretion. Learning that this power is affecting them ends it, and someone aware of its effects cannot be targeted. Repeated use to psychologically harm someone can merit Stains.
