Buy each benefit separately at its listed dot cost. Higher-dot purchases do not include lower-dot benefits.

1 · Sanctuary

Divide two dots between the Postern and Security System Haven Merits. Someone else probably possesses the details of the installation.

2 · Saboteur

With appropriate demolition tools and access, you can bring down a building after spending a number of nights equal to its Storyteller-set Difficulty. This benefit does not require explosives.

3 · On Commission

Advising other Kindred about havens yields roughly one minor boon per story and knowledge of their sleeping places. That knowledge is also a liability.

4 · The Labyrinth

You have built a secret underground maze. Reaching it while pursued prevents others from following you, but your own fear of the place prevents using it as a Haven.

5 · Sense the Ley Lines

You can sometimes perceive ley lines. Vampires who daysleep in havens at their junctions roll two dice for the awakening Rouse Check and use the higher result. Further effects require Storyteller-guided research; revealing these secrets risks Nosferatu retaliation.
