Effect
Coat your hands with vitae and touch the victim. Contest Resolve + Oblivion against Resolve + Occult, with Fortitude available in place of Occult. Each point of margin inflicts two Aggravated Willpower damage. A subject Impaired by this attack cannot return as a wraith after death. The Storyteller may assign Stains for that destruction in addition to the normal Oblivion Rouse-result Stains.
