Overview
Leadership organizes people around an objective and sustains their willingness to act. It covers direction, coordination, morale, and public inspiration. It works with groups and followers rather than simply measuring rank or the number of people a character can employ.
Using the ratings
The examples below are original illustrations of relative capability, not automatic successes or new Difficulty rules. The pool, opposition, equipment, and circumstances still matter.
