Use groups and shared property

1. Open the Chronicle → Groups & shared property, or use /chronicle-tools for the link.
2. In Create, select an eligible accepted character, asset type, name, and reason, then submit for staff review.
3. Once approved, find the asset in Assets. Inspect its members and named resource balances.
4. Use Request a change to join, leave, contribute resources, or spend resources. Select the character, resource name and amount where relevant, and give a reason.

Vampire Coteries and Havens remain distinct from Werewolf Packs and Caerns. This workspace handles supported shared membership and resource accounting; it is not a claim that every benefit of every holding is automatically applied to all members.

Review an asset request

1. As Server Staff, open the workspace's Requests tab.
2. Inspect the requested operation, character, asset, resource amount and reason.
3. Enter a decision reason and approve or reject.
4. If the asset changed since the request, review the current state before requesting or applying a fresh decision.

Resource spending cannot assume a balance that has already changed. Asset events record the accepted operation, rather than silently treating a player's request as an immediate purchase.

Write a Chronicle journal entry

1. Open the Chronicle page and find Chronicle journal.
2. With Storyteller access, expand Add a journal entry.
3. Enter a title and content. Select Storyteller-only when the entry should be restricted.
4. Save journal entry and check its displayed visibility.

Ordinary entries are available within the Chronicle according to access rules. Storyteller-only entries are restricted. They are not public blog posts.

Grant temporary guest participation

1. Enable guest participation in Chronicle settings if the server intends to use it; it starts disabled.
2. As authorized setup staff, open Guest participation or use /guest-access.
3. Choose an already accepted character owned by a current Discord server member.
4. Set the duration from 1–365 days, enter a reason, and choose separately whether the guest may receive XP and make XP purchases.
5. Grant or renew the permit. Revoke it with a reason when necessary.

Guest access never bypasses Discord membership or character admission. Expiry, revocation, leaving the server, or disabling guest participation prevents the permit from authorizing further play. The sheet and history remain recorded.
