Effect
Treat someone watching a live feed as an observer physically present. Identifying you in recordings or photographs made while Obfuscated has its Difficulty increased by 3. Add three dice to your attempts to evade automated electronic surveillance and countermeasures. Recordings are harder to identify, not erased.
