Effect

Contest Resolve + Oblivion against Wits + Occult. Your margin becomes Aggravated damage inflicted through events during the next 24 hours. It affects mortals, including ghouls, but not vampires. Direct or indirect interference by you risks canceling the result; the Storyteller determines the boundary. An observer may notice unnatural involvement with Wits + Occult at Difficulty 3. An Oblivion Rouse result of 1 or 10 also causes a Stain.
