Effect
Put a target within earshot who can naturally sleep into slumber. Ordinary disturbances wake them unless you scored a critical, when injury is required. Supernatural targets may spend one Willpower to resist and wake if threatened regardless of the critical. The book’s descriptive reference to sleeping for hours differs from its stated scene duration; use the stated duration. A dream spirit teaches it.
