With Athanor Corporis, you can tap your vein once nightly until feeding again or reaching Hunger 5 without paying distillation again. With Calcinatio, a surviving vessel can be tapped again after a week without another distillation payment, but each tapping inflicts three Aggravated damage on the vessel. Fixatio provides the prepared elixir normally.
