Effect
Cost and duration: As the power projected, with no separate activation cost listed. People inside the building or viewing it from outside resist as though you were present. Their emotional response concerns the place; if they can see you, you become its focus instead. Apply the underlying social influence to reactions to the location rather than giving the building Skill rolls.
