Effect

Preparation, delivery, and restrictions follow Scorpion's Touch. After contact, contest Strength + Blood Sorcery against Stamina + Occult, or Stamina + Fortitude for a vampire. Deal your margin as Aggravated Health damage. Any damage kills a mortal. If a vampire takes damage, repeat the contest; another win makes that vampire enter torpor when they next sleep.
