Effect
Requires Animal Messenger and either Compel or Mesmerize, with Dominate 1 as an amalgam. The message can carry the instruction for either known Dominate power. Resolve its normal test when the famulus makes eye contact with the recipient, but cap the Dominate rating used in the pool at the vampire’s Animalism rating.
This power adds no activation cost. Animal Messenger still determines delivery, search duration, and its own costs.
