Effect
Concentrate for a turn, choosing your own position or another point you can see as the center. For each dot of Oblivion, the shroud’s radius measures 2 m (about 6.6 ft). Anyone else inside loses 3 dice from every pool; sight that penetrates supernatural darkness prevents this penalty. Each turn spent inside also inflicts 1 Superficial damage on a mortal. An Oblivion Rouse result of 1 or 10 adds a Stain.
