Effect
Bind a promise made to you in person that the speaker understands and accepts. You immediately know if it is broken regardless of distance or elapsed time, then add Honor to attempts to track the oathbreaker. The oath remains relevant only while both parties remember it. Elephant or snake spirits teach it.
