Effect
Make one Rouse Check and roll Manipulation + Animalism at Difficulty 3 while humming or making a similar wordless sound. Choose agitation or calm. The margin raises or lowers frenzy-resistance Difficulty for all other vampires who can hear the sound. Lowering the Difficulty also gives those already in frenzy a new chance to resist.
The influence lasts while the vampire continues the sound.
