Effect
Distillation follows the normal Alchemy rules; the formula uses your vitae with melancholic and phlegmatic human blood. The subject loses three dice from sight-based detection and ranged attacks. Against a mortal, you may also contest Wits + Alchemy against Stamina + Survival to suffocate them: a win prevents actions other than struggling to breathe, and a critical win causes unconsciousness. Only one subject can be affected at a time.
