Work undisturbed for a scene on a willing or restrained subject. Use Vicissitude's rules for a willing subject; an unwilling subject resists Resolve + Protean with Stamina + Resolve, and your margin determines changes. The total change cap is your Protean rating, or the highest rating involved if several users work on one subject. Changes consume the subject's Physical Attribute dots as with Vicissitude. They persist until mended as Aggravated damage, one damage-equivalent per change; mortals require extensive surgery.
