Effect
Make one Rouse Check and replace the normal frenzy-resistance roll with Wits + Animalism opposed by the chosen mortal or vampire’s Composure + Resolve. A win transfers the frenzy; a failure leaves the user to frenzy. Hunger frenzy cannot be transferred.
The recipient remains affected for the frenzy’s duration. Transferring one frenzy does not protect the vampire from later triggers; another attempt requires another target and Rouse Check.
