Effect
Concentrate for a turn and apply Blood from an open wound to the object. Each Rouse Check affects roughly 35 centimeters (about 14 in) around the contact over about five minutes; soft metals take longer. Steel and harder alloys are generally pitted rather than dissolved, with structural weakening decided by the Storyteller. Living tissue and vampire flesh are not valid targets. There is no additional activation roll.
