Effect
Project a shadow usable as a source for other Oblivion powers even where ordinary lighting would prevent one. Only direct sunlight removes it. You may extend or reshape it, but cannot detach it; its reach is twice your Oblivion rating in meters. Wits + Awareness at Difficulty 3 notices its unnatural origin. Anyone within its reach takes one additional Willpower damage from social conflict, added after Superficial damage is halved. An Oblivion Rouse result of 1 or 10 also causes a Stain.
