Steal a learned supernatural ability from a visible target after witnessing them use it. Inherent abilities, such as ordinary Garou shapeshifting, are ineligible. Test against the power’s rating or an appropriate Storyteller-set Difficulty. Success removes the target’s access and ends effects arising from that ability; you can use it from the next turn, replacing non-Garou traits with Honor. It returns when you stop paying. A magpie spirit teaches it. The Corebook’s reference to Gift Rank does not define a V5 rank conversion; the Storyteller must resolve that threshold.
