Effect
Expose a target to a momentary glimpse of Umbral horrors. On a win, they lose their next action unless they spend one Willpower; if they spend it, they cannot also spend Willpower on rerolls. They may still take a minor action. Any form can use it. Spirits of deep-Umbral abstract concepts teach it.
