Effect
Those looking directly at you must resist or take a two-die penalty to sight-based pools. Vampires and other sunlight-vulnerable beings exposed to the radiance suffer one Aggravated Health damage each round. End it voluntarily, or automatically when either Health or Willpower fills and incapacitates you. A Lune or servant of Falcon teaches it.
