Issue a spoken command in the subject’s presence. It cannot extract information, demand the impossible, or directly injure the subject. Supernatural beings and humans familiar with Garou may resist; anyone may resist a command contrary to their nature or harmful to loved ones. Otherwise, the subject works toward the task for the scene. Weaver spirits or other hierarchical spirits teach it.
