Generation and Blood Potency

Rules

Blood Potency measures the strength of vitae within the limits imposed by Generation. Roughly a century of active existence can raise it by 1; around fifty years in torpor can lower it by 1. Neither change passes the generational minimum or maximum. Unusually intense experience can accelerate growth.

The Rouse reroll column identifies the highest Discipline level eligible for a reroll of a failed activation Rouse Check. Mending lists Superficial Health damage repaired per Rouse Check. Thin-bloods at Blood Potency 0 have additional rules of their own; Bane Severity applies only when they have an applicable bane.
